Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls
  • Coordinate and manage customer estimates
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Oversee customer and technician scheduling

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in a call center or customer support role preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
