Bilingual Behavioral Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at United Community & Family Services Inc. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Services department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, client-centered care to individuals, families, and children with behavioral health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to clients of all ages, with a focus on evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and training to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date on best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners, including schools, social services, and other healthcare providers, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (MA, MFT, MSW) with licensure eligibility (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Connecticut.
- 1-3 years of experience providing counseling and therapy services in an outpatient setting, with a focus on behavioral health.
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English proficiency, with a pay differential offered for those who meet this requirement.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health record systems (EHRs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
