Position Overview:

As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will gain practical experience in HR functions while collaborating closely with HR leadership to enhance the department's daily operations. Your role will involve effective communication, reporting, and the continuous enhancement of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential administrative support to HR leadership, including managing the department's calendar and scheduling meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior HR leadership to create and implement effective communications across the organization. Ensure all HR content is up-to-date on the intranet.
  • Assist in talent acquisition efforts by supporting Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR leadership with onboarding processes, new hire orientation, and maintaining HRIS data accuracy.
  • Generate regular reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at continuous process improvement and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency within HR functions.
  • Promote a customer-centric approach in the design and execution of HR processes, programs, and systems.
  • Support the HR team in budget management, procurement activities, organizing meetings and events, and preparing presentations.
  • Oversee the management of HR files and records.
  • Engage in special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, with a preference for HR-related experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Strong business insight and a proven ability to swiftly grasp and comprehend the business landscape, strategic objectives, and personnel initiatives.
