Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to our departmental managers and assist in coordinating all aspects of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues.
  • Create, distribute, and close-out customer tickets on a daily basis.
  • Maintain and distribute department-related information on a daily basis.
  • Communicate with other supervisors and managers about operations and/or dispatch issues.
  • Complete and maintain a variety of reports as directed by the department manager.
  • Use software tools to manage a variety of tasks, such as procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting required for incentive pay programs.
  • Assist with the processing of payments and other financial tasks as necessary.
  • Assist in the implementation of operational projects as needed.
  • Communicate with customers about service issues as needed.
  • Communicate with employees about scheduling and work assignments as needed.
  • May enter and maintain Service Machine SMART data on a daily basis.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior work experience required.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to use motor coordination with finger dexterity, such as keyboarding and machine operation, for most of the workday. The role also requires occasional exposure to physical occupational risks and physical environment elements.
