Sr. Program Manager - Patient Interface

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead our Patient Interface program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative patient interface solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership
    • Develop and execute program plans to achieve business objectives
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize program goals
  • Project Management
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
    • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project success
  • Risk Management
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks
    • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
    • Monitor and report on program risk status
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication plans
    • Communicate program status and progress to stakeholders
    • Provide regular updates to executive management
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in program management within FDA-regulated medical device product development/R&D environments
    • Proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously
  • Skills
    • Expertise in program management, planning, and execution
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
