Bilingual HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Bilingual HR Assistant to join our team at AppleOne Employment Services. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR department, including maintaining employee databases, sorting emails, and performing other administrative duties.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties.
- Policy Formulation: Assist the HR Manager in formulating policies, hiring, and salary administration.
- Recruitment: Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule job interviews.
- Employee Onboarding: Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
- Scheduling: Manage and coordinate schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of previous HR experience within an administrative or assistant position.
- Bilingual, Spanish/English.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in administrative duties such as communications, data entry, and record keeping.
- Enthusiasm for working within a team environment.
- Tact and professionalism when it comes to handling confidential information and addressing employee concerns.
- Proficiency with technology, and the ability to pick up new software easily.
