We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team at REV AMBULANCE GROUP ORLANDO, INC. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR support to employees within the business unit, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Collaborate with management to resolve employee complaints and concerns, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on disciplinary actions, terminations, and other HR-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and development opportunities to employees, including performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
- Utilize data analytics to inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment, manufacturing preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with employees at all levels within the organization.
- Must be trustworthy with highly confidential information and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
- Bilingual skills are required.
