We are a leading provider of staffing solutions with a national presence, seeking a highly skilled Staffing Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and deploy employees to meet client requirements.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new accounts.
  • Oversee staff assigned to client accounts.
  • Accurately capture new orders from clients.
  • Effectively communicate with Corporate and Local teams.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work a Monday to Saturday schedule.
  • Experience in recruiting for light industrial/general labor positions is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel, although the position is primarily stationary and localized.
