We are in search of a committed Recruitment Coordinator who will act as the main point of contact between our clientele and the management team. While experience in temporary staffing for light industrial roles is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite as we provide thorough training.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source, onboard, and allocate new personnel according to client requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through site visits, phone interactions, and email correspondence
  • Establish connections with prospective clients
  • Oversee the workforce assigned to your designated accounts
  • Process new client requests with precision
  • Facilitate effective communication between Corporate and local teams

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday
  • Previous experience in recruiting for light industrial or general labor positions is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Openness to occasional travel, although the role is primarily office-based
