This role provides administrative support to our Case Managers, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient record-keeping.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scan and file UC logs and other documentation as required.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate charts and records, ensuring seamless collaboration with Case Managers.
  3. Conduct regular audits and portal checks to guarantee audit readiness.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation: $17.50-$18.00/hour
