About the Role

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the Rotating Equipment market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Rotating Equipment, ensuring our customers receive the best possible products and services.
  • Identify new sales and service opportunities within the territory, driving business growth and increasing revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and service activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for accounts, ensuring timely and effective sales planning.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, resolving customer issues proactively and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Grow and maintain new and existing accounts, driving sales growth and increasing revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in Rotating Equipment, ensuring our customers receive the best possible products and services.
  • Identify new sales and service opportunities within the territory, driving business growth and increasing revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and service activities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years outside sales experience selling industrial supplies, with a strong background in Rotating Equipment.
  • Excellent customer-service oriented mentality, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Computer literate, with experience using sales and customer relationship management software.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
