Job Description

Sia Partners is seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Senior Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 24 months, with potential extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Deputy Director, Payroll to provide thought leadership and expertise in organizational design and structure of the payroll team.
  • Perform gap analysis of current state vs. future state capabilities, including functions, skills, operating model, and tools.
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex operational payroll issues based on understanding of global payroll processes and the Foundation's HRIS and payroll system.
  • Review and scale processes across all regional offices and affiliated entities, focusing on efficiencies and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members related to book of business and payroll projects.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years payroll systems experience.
  • Experience in reviewing payroll processes for efficiencies and advising on/developing a long-term payroll strategy.
  • Proficiency with payroll software and systems, including WorkDay and international third-party service providers.
  • Superior organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Global Mobility policies and compensation, with experience managing both US and global payroll.
  • Project management skills and ability to review the work of others, including external vendors.
  • Deep interest in process improvement and utilization of technology.
