Job Summary

We're seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Title & Registration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completion of data, researching and resolving issues related to license and title invoices, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completion
  • Prep work to be scanned
  • Research and resolve issues related to license and title invoices
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Data Entry Specialist
  • Proficient in proprietary software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, and other general office equipment
  • Zendesk experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
