About The Position:

We are in search of a highly skilled and driven Lead Financial Strategist to become part of our vibrant and expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated history of success in formulating and executing strategic financial initiatives, overseeing cost center reporting, and delivering comprehensive financial analyses. Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, executive support, and expense management is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the preparation of monthly actuals reporting, including variance analysis and narrative commentary.
  • Develop and maintain precise and current cost center reports.
  • Prepare and update financial forecasts, encompassing revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of the annual budget.
  • Provide financial support to senior management, including the preparation of Board presentations.
  • Monitor and manage accruals to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as required.
This is a Hybrid Role, with 4 Days Onsite at our Corporate Headquarters.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
  • Experience with Vena or other reporting tools.
  • Expertise in cost center reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
