About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT sales professional to join our team at JumpCrew. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT services and consulting space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on IT solutions and services to customers, highlighting the value proposition and ROI.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in Salesforce CRM.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in new business development, selling IT services and consulting solutions.
  • Formal sales training and a proven track record of success as a top individual contributor.
  • Strong network and ability to find new connections within large companies and SMBs.
  • Proven experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with sales tools such as Salesforce Engage, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Well-developed time management and organization skills.
  • Effective, influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
