Job Title: Specialist, Crew Accommodations

At Raising Cane's, we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive. As a Specialist, Crew Accommodations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our Crewmembers receive the support they need to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on Federal, State, and Local accommodation laws, as well as our Company's accommodation program.
  • Conduct the interactive process for all Crewmember accommodation requests, making recommendations and decisions on what accommodations are granted.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Operations, and Crew Safety teams on accommodations cases.
  • Communicate agreed-upon accommodations to Crewmembers and Managers.
  • Respond to Crew and Manager accommodation inquiries through our dedicated inbox.
  • Track and manage all accommodation requests through our EthicsPoint system.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reporting on accommodation cases.
  • Continuously evolve our accommodation programs and processes to ensure we're meeting the needs of our Crewmembers.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Accommodations, Employee Relations, or a similar field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required).
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality in a time-sensitive manner.
  • Exceptional people and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to leverage and influence others, build, lead, and motivate teams, and coach at any level.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Word.
