Commercial Insurance Account Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Warehouse Workers, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and account retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active control and management of all service aspects of an account to ensure timely renewal and placement of necessary coverages.
- Direct proactive communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaboration with Sales Executives to identify opportunities for renewal rounding and cross-selling.
- Management of the underwriting process, including proposal preparation, rating, and application submission.
- Record-keeping and reporting of client claims and losses, and referral to the Claims department as needed.
- Regular review of exception and aged receivable reports to ensure accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
- Adherence to company procedures for documentation and maintenance of account information in the EPIC system.
- Maintenance of confidentiality regarding internal and external customer information and company data.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.)
- 3 to 5 years of commercial lines insurance experience
- Active 220 Property & Casualty Insurance License
- EPIC experience a plus
- LARGE account experience a must
