What You'll Do:
- Utilize CRM tools, cold calling, email, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities and build a strong portfolio of clients.
- Schedule meetings or calls with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Insurance Carriers to provide exceptional service and support.
- Adapt to a hybrid work schedule, incorporating both remote and onsite work to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting sales goals and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- An active Property & Casualty (P&C) License and a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance products.
- Comfortable with cold calling, research, and generating new leads to drive business growth.
