Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Support Technician to join our team at Dave & Busters. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our games, simulators, and technical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with games, simulators, and other equipment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and accurate support to our guests.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices to ensure optimal performance of our equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or technical support role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
