Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Manage a diverse patient panel with varying needs
- Treat patients in-office or at testing centers, and conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Engage in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles, as well as virtual clinical teams
- Utilize your clinical expertise and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
- At least 2 years of experience practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year with a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensure in CA, obtained by start date
- Experience with LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus

The estimated salary range for this role is $127,000 to $135,000 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
