We are seeking a talented Primary Care Physician to join our team at One Medical in Irvine, CA.
Salary and BenefitsThe base salary for this role is $217,000 to $230,000 per year, with additional compensation possible based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, retirement plan, and more.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time position that involves managing a patient panel, conducting office visits, and collaborating with colleagues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering high-quality care, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A strong background in family medicine or medicine/pediatrics.
- Experience in an outpatient primary care setting, seeing patients of all ages.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or eligibility to obtain within one year.
- State licensure in California, obtained before starting date.
- Paid sabbatical after five years of service.
