Job SummaryThis full-time role based in Irvine, CA, involves managing patient panels with diverse needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborating with clinical teams.
You will work closely with in-office teammates via daily huddles and contribute to ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
Responsibilities- Manage patient panels with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
- At least 5 years of practice experience as an Advanced Practitioner
- State licensed in CA, obtained by start date
- Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- Passion for human-centered primary care

This role has a base salary range of $127,000 to $135,000 per year based on a full-time schedule.
