Salary & BenefitsWe offer a highly competitive salary range of $217,000 to $230,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule. In addition to your base salary, you'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

As a Primary Care Physician at One Medical, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse patient panel with varying needs
- Treating patients in-office or remotely, as needed
- Staying up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices through ongoing education and training
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within one year
- At least two years of experience practicing in an outpatient primary care setting, seeing patients of all ages
- State licensure in California, obtained prior to starting at One Medical
