The base salary for this role is $217,000 to $230,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
This role is based in Irvine, CA, where you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse and driven team, and contribute to shaping the future of healthcare.
Job DescriptionAs a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus
