Director of Revenue Management

The Director of Revenue Management is a critical role at Highgate Hotels, responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability across our portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates, occupancy, and revenue
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform revenue decisions
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of revenue strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date revenue data, including forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including ownership, management, and external partners
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in revenue management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
