Program Associate Role at CASA of Sacramento County

The Court Appointed Special Advocates of Sacramento County (CASA of Sacramento County) is committed to enhancing the lives of children and youth within the foster care system through dedicated volunteer advocates. We are in search of a full-time Program Associate (PA) to become a vital part of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the training and recruitment processes.
  • Assist in providing case supervision.
  • Facilitate intake support as necessary.
  • Manage general administrative tasks and contribute to special initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Experience in social services or a related area is beneficial.
  • Proficient in office applications and data management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups.

Additional Considerations:

  • Some evening or weekend work may be required.
  • This is a hybrid role with in-office responsibilities.
  • Completion of 40 hours of CASA training within the first 90 days is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage ranging from $23.00 to $25.00.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Participation in a 403(b) retirement plan.
  • Paid time off and holiday benefits.
