Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized OYCR Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, gathering data, and building partnerships to support the OYCR program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual monthly check-ins with each region, virtual quarterly meetings with all partners, and in-person meetings as needed.
  • Gather data from partner agencies for reporting.
  • Build collaborations with OYCR, DOR, and assigned counties.
  • Support the Manager with day-to-day program oversight.
Requirements
  • A High School diploma and a minimum of 3 years in office administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, administrative writing skills, professionalism, analyzing Information, written and verbal communication.
  • Must possess ability to understand and follow procedures.
  • Self-motivated team player who is highly organized.
