Enterprise Account Executive

Gong is revolutionizing revenue organizations by harnessing customer interactions to drive business efficiency, improve decision-making, and accelerate revenue growth. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in acquiring new customers and creating raving fans in the Emerging Markets vertical.
You will be a champion of the entire sales process, from start to finish, using your creative prospecting skills to strategically pursue net new business. With your insatiable curiosity and drive to succeed, you will navigate complex deals and become a thought leader in the industry.
As a member of Gong's sales team, you will become a master of discovery and a strategic business partner for prospective customers. You will play a huge role in our company's growth while navigating your own individual growth journey.
Responsibilities:
- Manage prospects from lead to close
- Land new business within greenfield territory
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our Gong value proposition
- Regularly iterate messaging to scale our outbound prospecting engine
- Engage and educate senior executives on the importance of the emerging Revenue Intelligence industry
- Partner with the SDR, Sales, and Sales Engineering teams to develop account-based sales strategies
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably with a sales tech solution
- Track record of overachieving revenue targets of $1M+ and successfully navigating and closing six-figure deals
- Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Gong.io preferred but not required

The annual OTE for this position is $270,000 - $330,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location.
