We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Client Service Representative to become part of our team. Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to clients through timely, efficient, and friendly interactions
  • Direct clients to the appropriate departments as required
  • Accurately handle financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
  • Assist with cash management duties such as balancing and reconciliation
  • Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Facilitate account services for clients including wire transfers and fee assessments
  • Ensure operational integrity and adherence to banking regulations
