Job Summary

The Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality support services to the SUD team. This includes entering data into spreadsheets, conducting quality checks, and completing clerical tasks such as record counting and document filing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter data into spreadsheets, Smartsheets, and ODIN, and conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Generate and update spreadsheets for record keeping, data tracking, and data review.
  • Record and edit meeting minutes to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating in-person and virtual meetings to ensure smooth communication.
  • Deliver prints, copies, and mail requests within established timeframes to meet customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain administrative procedures, files, and records for the SUD team.
  • Perform complex clerical assignments, such as developing forms, establishing databases, and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Conduct research as required for the Team Manager/Department Director and team members.
  • Develop new and special report formats as needed.
  • Work with team members to collect data and prepare for accreditation audits, which may involve compiling data and preparing reports.
  • Manage department credit cards and schedules for team members.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or 2 years in a healthcare-related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, mental/behavioral health, and community mental health settings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with healthcare and community mental health systems.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Proficient grammar, spelling, and editing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams.
