Job SummaryThe Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality support services to the SUD team. This includes entering data into spreadsheets, conducting quality checks, and completing clerical tasks such as record counting and document filing.
Key Responsibilities- Enter data into spreadsheets, Smartsheets, and ODIN, and conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Generate and update spreadsheets for record keeping, data tracking, and data review.
- Record and edit meeting minutes to ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist in coordinating in-person and virtual meetings to ensure smooth communication.
- Deliver prints, copies, and mail requests within established timeframes to meet customer needs.
- Establish and maintain administrative procedures, files, and records for the SUD team.
- Perform complex clerical assignments, such as developing forms, establishing databases, and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- Conduct research as required for the Team Manager/Department Director and team members.
- Develop new and special report formats as needed.
- Work with team members to collect data and prepare for accreditation audits, which may involve compiling data and preparing reports.
- Manage department credit cards and schedules for team members.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Associate's Degree or 2 years in a healthcare-related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, mental/behavioral health, and community mental health settings.
- Prior experience with healthcare and community mental health systems.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Proficient grammar, spelling, and editing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams.
- Integrity/Building Trust: Interacting with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization.
- Customer Focus: Making customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions.
