We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Cashroom Manager to join our team at Restaurant Depot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing cashroom operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members
- Manage cashroom operations, including cash handling, reconciliations, and reporting
- Process payroll, attendance, and other HR-related tasks
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Supervise the reception department and front-end registers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or cashroom role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and pass a drug screen
