CHA is a leader in Primary Care, serving over 120,000 patients annually through our 13 primary care centers, 3 teen health centers, telehealth services, and in-patient programs. Our team-based approach brings together primary care providers, behavioral health specialists, pharmacists, and care coordinators to deliver comprehensive care to our patients.

As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling patient calls, registering patients, and scheduling appointments via our electronic health record system. You will also verify insurance eligibility, maintain accurate medical records, and collect and process co-pays. Additionally, you will provide financial support by processing charges, reconciling daily receipts, and identifying and correcting billing errors.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We welcome individuals who are bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole, and those with experience working on a Planned Care Team are preferred.
