Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Musculoskeletal Specialty Hospital in Naples, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services
  • Collaborate with medical staff, governing board, and HOPCo leadership to achieve organizational goals
  • Monitor and analyze financial and operational data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, payers, and community leaders
Requirements
  • Masters degree in business administration, public health, healthcare administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of administrative leadership experience in a healthcare or related field
  • Proven track record of partnering with medical staff to achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting and forecasting methodologies
  • Knowledge of modern national trends in hospital quality and patient safety
Preferred Qualifications
  • Board Certified American College of Healthcare Executives Fellow (FACHE) credential
  • Thorough knowledge of hospital management and operations
