Immunology Sales Specialist

At Cesna, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immunology Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our biosimilar and innovative biopharmaceutical medications to healthcare professionals and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers to promote our products and achieve sales objectives.
- Implement sales strategies to drive growth and maximize sales potential in your territory.
- Create and implement territory business plans to achieve sales goals and ensure alignment with market insights and feedback.
- Engage customers in an effective and compliant manner, demonstrating subject matter expertise and using approved messaging and promotional aids.
- Manage daily sales activity and performance, completing required data entry in our CRM system.
- Represent Cesna with the highest level of credibility, participating in national, regional, and district meetings, training sessions, and representing the company at national and/or local conventions when applicable.
- A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a strong track record of sales success and existing relationships with customers in immunology (specifically gastroenterology and rheumatology).
- Biologics experience is strongly preferred, along with working knowledge of patient HUBs, assistance programs, and specialty pharmacy.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college is required.
- High-level selling, persuasion, presentation, and closing skills, with elevated levels of initiative, resilience, and drive for results.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical/medical terminology and maintain the required technical expertise, including competitive product knowledge.
- Effective collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Flexibility to embrace challenges and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Insurance: 85% cover for employees, 75% cover for dependents.
- 401k with 4.5% match.
- PTO: 15 days + 6 days sick time (1-4 years), 20 days + 6 days sick time (5-10 years), 25 days + 6 days sick time (10+ years).
- PTO can rollover 5 days max to next year, with sick days uncapped.
- Working hours: 9-6:30, exempt.
- Extra holiday: Last week of the year is off.
