Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Registration
    • Perform scheduling and registration duties to ensure accurate and timely patient information.
    • Verify patient demographic information and obtain necessary documentation.
  • Patient Pre-Admission and Admission
    • Coordinate patient pre-admission and admission processes to ensure smooth transitions.
    • Obtain necessary authorizations and verifications for patient services.
  • Reception and Discharge
    • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families.
    • Ensure accurate and timely discharge processes.
  • Financial Clearance
    • Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
    • Obtain necessary authorizations and verifications for patient services.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Some college coursework preferred.
  • Experience
    • 0-1 year of customer service experience required.
    • 0-1 year of administrative experience in a medical facility, health insurance, or related area preferred.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
