  • Handle incoming calls and assist with both online and phone check-ins.
  • Support the management of retail products, maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and perform various administrative tasks.
  • Execute additional administrative responsibilities as directed by the management team.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced salon environment.
  • Strong time management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage professionally and courteously with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Proficient in computer systems, including point-of-sale and data entry applications.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Enrollment in a cosmetology program is advantageous.
