Lead Customer Service Representative

Circle K is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Train and develop new Customer Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Perform shift supervision and ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently
  • Complete all store merchandise build-to's and ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Receive and verify vendor deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy
