Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Train and develop new Customer Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role.

Perform shift supervision and ensure that all store operations are running smoothly.

Complete all store merchandise build-to's and ensure that the store is fully stocked and merchandised.

Receive and verify vendor deliveries to ensure that all products are received in good condition.

Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
