Lead Customer Service Representative

Circle K is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Train and develop new Customer Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Perform shift supervision and ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently
  • Complete all store merchandise build-to's and ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Receive and verify vendor deliveries to ensure accurate and timely receipt of merchandise

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and training skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
