Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain water distribution systems
  • Identify and resolve issues with water supply lines, including leaks
  • Repair or replace damaged drainage systems, clogged drains, faucets, etc.
  • Install waste disposal and sanitary systems ensuring effective DWV systems
  • Deliver neat, clean, and thorough work, adhering to high standards of quality, including compliance with plumbing and mechanical inspection requirements
  • Meet or exceed company productivity benchmarks
  • Perform repairs and installations on plumbing fixtures, including pipes, traps, washbasins, fittings, drains, sprinklers, backflow preventers, toilets, bathtubs, both tank-style and tankless water heaters, disposals, water softeners, and faucets
  • Accurately submit all documentation and payments in a timely manner
  • Maintain the company vehicle in line with Fleet Management Policies
  • Engage in ongoing education to enhance service delivery to clients
  • Provide friendly and accurate information to customers
  • Prioritize safety on the job and while driving
  • Adhere to personal appearance standards, including wearing shoe covers in clients' homes
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, sharing expertise and knowledge
  • Exhibit helpfulness, proactivity, flexibility, and a positive demeanor
  • Present invoices and collect payments as per company requirements
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by installing residential plumbing systems and providing accurate information to clients
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of experience in water heater service and repair is required.
  • Experience with tankless water heaters is highly desirable.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is necessary.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
