Compensation:

$85,000 - $200,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in residential plumbing systems.
  • Present customers with multiple solution options and assist them in making informed decisions.
  • Design and inspect plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes.
  • Install, maintain, and repair sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems, and related fixtures in homes.
  • Quickly troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences in line with our proven service process.
  • Utilize technology (iPad) and established workflows for efficient operations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, ensuring customers feel comfortable and valued.
  • Take responsibility for the upkeep of your service vehicle, tools, and inventory.
  • Accurately account for parts used and manage inventory effectively.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Expertise in handling residential plumbing service calls.
  • Commitment to following established service and sales processes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Professional appearance and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficient in using technology (e.g., iPads) and software systems.
  • Self-motivated and responsible with a confident attitude.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check for home services.

Preferred:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential plumbing.
  • Experience in direct customer interaction and sales of home services.
  • Familiarity with established service and sales processes.
  • Experience using tablets or similar technology in service and sales.

Desired:

  • Proven track record of achieving high annual plumbing sales.
  • Experience with NexStar Home Services.
  • Familiarity with Service Titan or similar software.
