Position Overview
The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for marketing and selling Turtle & Hughes products and services to customers in the Industrial and Construction sectors. This role involves developing, nurturing, and sustaining relationships that will enhance our visibility and strengthen ties with key clients, ultimately driving long-term business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional selling skills while effectively addressing a range of challenging situations.
- Leverage knowledge of industrial and electrical products to enhance customer communication.
- Employ negotiation techniques and sales strategies to successfully close deals.
- Prepare tailored sales proposals that align with customer needs.
- Deliver impactful presentations to customers.
- Exhibit a willingness to learn about all facets of electrical and industrial distribution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales within the electrical or industrial distribution sector.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decisions.
- Preferred knowledge of Lighting and Gear products and applications.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Professional demeanor on the phone.
