Business Development Manager

FareHarbor seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and lead sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully manage a book of business from cold calling to closing, including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Build relationships with potential clients to understand their reservations and provide thorough and creative solutions.
- Utilize CRM to document lead interactions and record crucial details for better lead qualification.
- Develop a deep understanding of FareHarbor's features and functionalities and effectively communicate the value propositions to potential customers.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to provide valuable insights to the marketing, product development, and strategy teams.
- Monitor individual sales performance and implement strategies to maximize productivity and results.
About the Role:
The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding FareHarbor's customer base. This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional who is passionate about building relationships and driving business results.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience with a history of meeting/exceeding sales targets, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven strong work ethic and ability to build a solution that suits clients and secure closes.
- Proactive, motivated, organized, enthusiastic, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable speaking with people on the phone and in person, handling rejection, and staying motivated.
- Cool under pressure, able to balance and execute multiple priorities, and maintain professionalism in all business interactions.
- A growth mindset, comfortable adopting and utilizing new technology, and implementing new learnings into daily work.
- Ideally suited for individuals motivated by financial success and rewards.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $31,200 base + $20,000 1st-Year Bonus Potential.
- Total OTE: $100,000-$120,000 (Year 1), $165,000-$175,000 (Year 2).
