Essential Job Functions
The Inspire Territory Manager will lead commercialization activities introducing OSA therapy to assigned sales territory. Key performance objectives include achieving sales plan and therapy awareness milestones. The role involves assessing new potential accounts within the assigned sales territory.
Opportunities in this Role
A solid understanding of OSA technology, device implantation, and follow-up procedures is essential. The successful candidate will drive implant growth to achieve sales plan through prompt account activation and efficient patient throughput. They will also orchestrate commercial site assessment, selection, and development, ensuring commercial centers follow patient selection guidelines, implant techniques, and effective therapy methods.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree with 2 years minimum sales experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry is required. Alternatively, 5 years minimum sales experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry or 3 years previous experience at Inspire Medical Systems working directly with our therapy in a clinical setting is acceptable. Strong computer skills with MS office, including PowerPoint and Excel, are necessary. The ability to manage simultaneous priorities, changing deadlines, and travel within the territory is also required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with assisting in the implantation and follow-up of implantable devices, market development, and building referral programs within the medical industry is preferred. Product launch and account experience are also desirable.
