Administrative Assistant

At Cascade Drilling, LP, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Office and Operations Manager. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering phone calls, creating and entering purchase orders, reviewing driver logs and vehicle inspection reports, and maintaining job files. They will also be responsible for requesting certificates of insurance, processing invoices, and completing well completion reports. Additionally, they will work with the accounting team to clear unapproved invoices and purchase orders for month-end closing.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of office experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They must also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have the ability to learn other software used by the company. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
