We're seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus benefits and company equity. You'll also enjoy a fun office environment in Midtown Atlanta, mentorship from successful leaders, and exposure to the inner workings of a growing company. Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop strategies to drive early adoption, retention, and growth with our customer base
• Maximize transactions (volume and value) by delivering best practices for our customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and their applications in the CS process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
