Job Overview

The Success Learning Academy is seeking a highly motivated Childcare Development Specialist to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per yearKey Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and education to infants and toddlers in our classrooms.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and conferences.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Child Development Associate (CDA) certification preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in childcare or early childhood education.
  • FIRST AID/CPR training required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
