The George Washington University is on the lookout for a dedicated Compliance Officer specializing in Research Integrity and Conflict of Interest. This role is pivotal in steering the university's initiatives related to Conflict of Interest and the Responsible Conduct of Research.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Advocating for ethical research practices.
- Ensuring adherence to federal regulations and sponsor guidelines.
- Overseeing the Conflict of Interest program associated with research activities.
- Providing expert consultation on ethical standards in research.
The ideal candidate will possess robust analytical skills, exceptional organizational capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of research compliance.
Essential Qualifications:
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree accompanied by 7 years of pertinent professional experience, or a Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience. Additional certifications and a background in scientific disciplines are advantageous.
Compensation Range: $80,000 - $133,477.48
