Key Responsibilities:- Inspire and lead a team to craft unforgettable in-store experiences while promoting a positive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the Store Leader to implement strategies that boost sales and enhance client interactions.
- Maintain high store standards, including cleanliness, visual presentation, and operational tasks such as inventory management.
- Assist with promotional events and new store launches as required.
- Adapt to and utilize new technologies and systems; familiarity with platforms like Shopify and Google Office is advantageous.
- Work independently and effectively under pressure, ensuring store opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of management experience, either direct or indirect.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, with GIA certification preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, including extended periods of standing and walking.
- Comfortable using a ladder and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
