Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:

  1. Managing and tracking various marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  2. Maintaining timelines and status updates, keeping relevant team members informed.
  3. Facilitating cross-departmental communications to ensure project alignment.
  4. Assisting with administrative tasks related to marketing and communications workflows.
  5. Supporting the creation and distribution of integrated advertising and marketing materials.
  6. Ensuring compliance with media and brand standards.
  7. Preparing and editing various documents, reports, and presentations using appropriate software.
  8. Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years in a project management or coordination role preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Minimal supervision required.
